Finding quality staff is hard, finding tech quality staff is somehow a mission impossible. They have a good product, a great team, they are constantly increasing the range of products but if the support for their end users is not top notch there is a high chance that they end in the dustbin of failed tech startups.

Our business idea is simple: we recruit, train university students in tech/IT fields through accelerated learning tailoring our training on the customer’s needs. We follow up continuously with each student and customer. We create metrics to value the talent and skills acquired by the student. We are the employer, taking the burden of personnel costs from the customer.
What we aim, is to create a grooming stable, a stable of talented individuals ready to join organisations in the future. We grow together and we grow future talents.
Students need a space to apply their theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience on their CV. We work remotely thus saving time and offering the proper life/work/study balance.
If we measure the costs of each competitor our value proposition package saves up to €400 per full time employee a month. In our calculation we have not included the “fixtures and fittings” savings - since all our services are remote.
Our product is an API integrated platform of existing SaaS platforms enabling us to manage most effectively all HR aspects, from recruitment to competence evaluation to payroll.
So then, why are we different? What makes us different is the extremely flexible solution to the customer. We work B2B so all services that would need to be administered by several providers are on one invoice, that would be the value we can add on the short term. In the long term, our pool of talent might be more valuable than the savings we provide to our customers.
We believe that our key to success is investing in the right people. By doing this we create value, we grow talent, we provide quality.
What do we look for in the students we recruit? The psychometric tests will measure the customer orientation and problem solving skills. The technical tests will measure the technical, logical thought process. We will employ students that portray the ability to have an eye for detail. We strongly focus on the ability to prioritise key tasks and nonetheless on the ability to delegate tasks they are not capable of doing. In time the best students that graduate may become employees that already know the product and require the least amount of training for a tech job.
Meet our team of co-founders:
Kenneth, our CEO and marketing leader, he has ten years experience in management. Monica, our COO and payroll manager, has ten years experience in payroll. John is our CTO and web developer, he has fifteen years experience in web development and Mihaela our CFO and accountant and she has 23 years experience in accountancy. We also have a three person team Connor, Liam and Vlad who are our trainers and will train the students' training criteria through accelerated learning.
