Startup Journey: Week 5 – Marketing & Brand

We are halfway done! It is crazy to realize how fast the summer goes by. Especially when you have such an eventful time.

Talking about memorable time, during the weekend we jumped on a bus, crossed the sea on a ferry and ended up in a beautiful island of Nauvo. It was such a hot weekend, that we tried not to melt by having some keynotes in the shadow of a huge tree. We decided to take an advantage of the wonderful facilities and held all keynotes and pitching practices in weird places: one of them was an old sauna building. Creating memories for the future.

For this week’s blog post we thought that instead of us explaining how cool the Startup Journey is, we would ask some teams how do they feel about it. Wintersky Entertainment shared that our accelerator program have helped them to believe stronger in what they do. Team Elasi added that it will be crucial to maintain a continuous relationship with coaches. And this is something that we will definitely keep in mind while developing the program further. Team BlueZone commented that it is very helpful to have a structured program for the summer, because it means that they won’t overlook any field of the business world.

And, perhaps, the most important aspect that several teams mentioned is the true sense of community that exists within Startup Journey and Boost in general. Team members have a feeling that they all are in the same boat and they genuinely support each other either by providing feedback and advice or by simply offering emotional support. And that is exactly what Boost aspires for! BOOST!
